Executive Functioning Coaching
Our Approach
Executive functioning is the psychological term used to describe the skills that help you get things done. Drawing from multiple evidence-based coaching programs, we focus on providing actionable strategies that strengthen your attention, limit distractibility, teach organization, and increase motivation. We want you to feel empowered and optimize the strengths that are already within you.
Whether you’re seeking support for ADHD, managing the cognitive impacts of anxiety or mood disorders, or simply aiming to boost your productivity and professional wellness, executive functioning coaching can enhance your effectiveness and boost productivity.

Coaching can be especially helpful for:

Anxiety and Mood Disorders
Strengthen cognitive flexibility, problem-solving, and emotional regulation
Professional Wellness
Optimize your productivity under pressure, manage time effectively, and stay aligned with your career goals
Why Work With Us?
With a neuropsychology background, we bring a unique understanding of the neural networks that impact attention and executive functioning. Our approach combines neuroscience with practical, clinically-informed strategies that are easy to understand and implement.
Executive functioning doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. Together, we’ll break things down into small, manageable steps and gradually build habits that support your day-to-day success. You’ll be surprised by how much can change with just a few intentional shifts.
In our work together, we’ll:
Create realistic goals and goal-pacing
Build organization, prioritization, and follow-through skills
Learn how to break tasks into smaller, actionable steps
Create sustainable routines that improve focus and reduce stress
Hone skills that will aid in increasing attention and motivation
Each session is structured to provide guidance, accountability, and tools you can use right away—so you can stay organized, meet deadlines, and feel more in control of your time and energy.
Executive Functioning Coaching might be right for you if:
1 | You have ADHD or struggle with focus, organization, or follow-through
2 | Life feels overwhelming, and it’s hard to keep up with competing demands
3 | You’re ready to build structure that actually sticks and find ways to stay motivated
THE PROCESS
1 | Complimentary Call
We’ll start with a 15-minute complimentary call to make sure we’re the right fit and that you feel comfortable with our style and approach. We understand just how important it is to make sure you connect with your clinician.
2 | Intake Session
If the fit is right, we’ll schedule a one-hour intake session to get to know you more fully. We’ll ask detailed questions about your medical history, past relationships, education, and family dynamics. We need to not only understand your present needs, but also the whole picture of how you became the person you are today.
3 | Treatment Planning
Together, we’ll create a treatment plan and set clear goals for therapy. You’ll share what you’re hoping to achieve, and we’ll outline how we can help you get there.
4 | Weekly Sessions
Coaching is usually pretty quick! Most patients can learn the skills they need in 6-8 sessions.
